I spent a decade utilizing traditional tools; I value the therapy and the wisdom found in those books. They were the essential "training wheels" for my life, but my true breakthrough occurred when I stopped studying and started executing. With a Master’s in Education, I designed Codependent Essence to be the final bridge: a holistic, habit-based curriculum that transforms decades of struggle into a permanent baseline of amazing confidence.

This is a standalone, 60-minute diagnostic session designed for those ready to incinerate the habit of the high alert cycle. Together, we conduct a general habit architecture assessment that keeps you in the valley and determine your readiness to enter the Strategic Empowerment Protocol. It’s time to stop the drain, anchor your center, and start standing tall.
If a package is booked within 48 hours of session the fee of this session is applied to the total package price as credit.

This intensive program is designed for clients ready to break the high alert cycle and anchor into their own self empowerment identity. Utilizing strategic habit stacking, we reconstruct your daily infrastructure to prioritize individual autonomy.
The 8 Week Curriculum of Power:
Specialized Adult Learning Strategy: Scaffolding. We provide the immediate support structures needed to identify "phantom" pains and anxieties before teaching the client how to build their own internal walls.
Forensic Habit Stacking:
We utilize instructional design to link new, empowered behaviors to your existing 3D anchors (morning coffee, email triage, physical runs).
Self-individualism Audit:
Deconstructing “meek” programs and reinstalling a titanium spine based on your own values, not external validation.
Audit to Autonomy:
In this phase, we merge forensic habit stacking with active boundaries to create an unbreakable integrity loop. By stacking high frequency habits directly onto your internal compass, we automate the Individualism Protocol, ensuring your daily workflow remains a lead lined vault against external static.

This mid-tier program focuses on Operational Alignment Phase. We move beyond external labels - like “divorce” or “spiritual connection” - to anchor you in your true self. Using Personal Self-Government, this program transitions you from the exhaustion of external validations into effortless habit of being whole.
Structure: 12 weekly 90-minute sessions including mid-week habit tracking support.
The Laboratory: We use real-world interactions as a Forensic Proving Ground to test your titanium firewall in real time. We take those valuable insights back to the ‘bench’ to engineer your Personal Morning Workflow.
The Poke: Building on the insights from the laboratory sessions, we build a Titanium Baseline to ensure you enter the world daily as a Director not a sponge seeking validation.
Evidence Based Path: A daily practice of recording moments of zero reaction to triggers. We then pinpoint the data from these interactions to either validate your progress or fine tune to ensure we are building a Titanium Baseline.
